Letter Before Action

Sometimes all it takes is a solicitor's letter to prompt payment of a late invoice or repayment of a debt. We charge £175 + VAT for the first letter we send on your behalf. If you require further letters to the same debtor then they will be charged at our normally hourly rate. If you require letters to different debtors then these are £50 + VAT per letter.

Claiming in the Courts

If a solicitors letter does not work then we can issue proceedings for you or serve a statutory demand. This work is charged on a time spent basis and the cost much depends on the complexity of the case. Call us for a quote.
