Before training as a solicitor Wanda originally trained as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, progressing to director level and working with some of the top blue chip companies in the UK. The combination of her business background and legal knowledge give Wanda a broad wealth of experience on which to draw enabling her to gain a better understanding of disputes. Wanda started her career as an Electronic Engineer, deciding to change to law and attained a First Class Honours degree from University of Greenwich. She went on to complete her training contract with a Norwich firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2003. Wanda specialises in litigation/dispute resolution, with a particular interest in professional negligence and commercial disputes. She has since attained an LLM in employment law and qualified as an accredited civil and commercial mediator. In her spare time Wanda enjoys spending time with her children, equestrian activities and dog walking, often combining all three. She also enjoys going to the gym.

Helen joined Serjeant and Son in August 2021 and specialises in commercial property, agricultural law and property law. Helen qualified in 2011, having completed her training contract with a large Norwich firm, and initially practised family law and private client. Helen enjoyed gaining experience in a wide range of practice areas early on in her career and uses her knowledge of other areas of law to provide a comprehensive service, coupled with a practical approach.
In her spare time Helen enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading and developing her bespoke coaching and training business for other lawyers.

Madhia graduated from the University of Wolverhampton in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws LLB (with honours); attaining an upper second class (2:1). She completed her Legal Practice course in 2016 and has worked within the profession ever since. She previously worked as a Case Handler in residential property, specialising in new builds for a Peterborough law firm.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for long walks and travelling to sunny holiday destinations.

Beth joined Serjeant & Son in 2018. Beth has completed a Bachelor of Laws Honours LLB Degree attaining an upper second class (2:1) from University of Lincoln.
She then obtained a Masters Degree in Legal Practice from BPP University, London.
She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021 and specialises in Family Law and Litigation.
In her spare time she enjoys equestrian activities with her two horses.

REBECCA BAXTER
TRAINEE SOLICITOR
Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has worked in conveyancing for over 10 years. Claire prides herself in her relationships with both clients and estate agents and maintains these relationships by keeping all parties informed whilst progressing conveyancing transactions.
Claire is a chief examiner and scrutiniser for Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and writes exams for those undertaking conveyancing qualifications. Claire also has experience in both private and public family law, wills and probate and civil litigation.
In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with her family and friends and horse riding.
Rebecca joined Serjeant & Son in 2019 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Sheffield Hallam University attaining an upper second class (2:1).
She is currently working towards a Masters in Legal Practice, at the University of Law, London.
In her spare time Rebecca enjoys photography, reading, socialising and watching the football.

OLLIE JONES
TRAINEE SOLICITOR
Ollie completed a law degree at the University of Lincoln graduating with a 2:1 in 2019. During his degree he conducted a placement at a local Lincoln law firm and was a student legal advisor at the university.
Ollie has two years experience as a conveyancing paralegal at a Norwich based firm, before becoming a Trainee Solicitor with Serjeant and Son.
In his free time he enjoys powerlifting and is looking to compete nationally in the near future.

COURTNEY KOSTENKO
CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
Courtney joined Serjeant & Son in 2019 and completed an apprenticeship in Business Administration. She has progressed from a Legal Assistant / Receptionist and she is now an assistant in the Conveyancing Department.
In her spare time Courtney enjoys socialising with friends, walking and travelling.

ISABEL WHITING
APPRENTICE PARALEGAL
Sue joined Serjeant & Son in August 2016. She started her career as a secretarial trainee for the electricity board in London and has many years of administrative experience from her previous employment for property developers, social services (mental health team), as an aircraft parts buyer and supplier, life and pensions administrator, and previous experience at a local solicitors.
Sue enjoys reading, socialising with friends and family, going to the cinema, travelling and gardening.
Isabel completed her level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in October 2021 and has now gone on to start her Paralegal apprenticeship.
In her spare time Isabel enjoys horse riding, spending time with friends and family and walking her dog.

Elgan is a German Shorthaired Pointer who joined Serjeants in January 2017, originally from Wales. His role is to welcome clients and occasionally chew files! At weekends he likes to visit country shows with his brother and take part in dog scurries and gun dog training.

BAILEY
RESIDENT HOUND
Bailey is a Chihuahua cross Yorkie who joined the firm in May 2018, originally from East London.
His role is to ask everyone in the office for cuddles. At weekends he enjoys going to the beach followed by a nap by the fire.
