Before training as a solicitor Wanda originally trained as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, progressing to director level and working with some of the top blue chip companies in the UK. The combination of her business background and legal knowledge give Wanda a broad wealth of experience on which to draw enabling her to gain a better understanding of disputes. Her calm but firm manner makes her a popular choice of mediator. Wanda started her career as an Electronics Engineer, deciding to change to law and attained a First Class Honours LLB degree from University of Greenwich in 1996 and was awarded the Cavendish Publishing Prize. Wanda obtained her Legal Practice Certificate from De Montfort University in 2000. She went on to complete her training contract with a Norwich firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2003. She also completed her LLM in Employment Law at UEA in 2013 and qualified as an accredited civil and commercial mediator with ADRg in 2014. Wanda is also an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Wanda specialises in Dispute Resolution.
In her spare time Wanda enjoys spending time with her five children, equestrian activities and dog walking, often combining all three. She also enjoys going to the gym.

Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has worked in conveyancing for over 10 years. Claire prides herself in her relationships with both clients and estate agents and maintains these relationships by keeping all parties informed whilst progressing conveyancing transactions.
Claire is a chief examiner and scrutiniser for Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and writes exams for those undertaking conveyancing qualifications. Claire also has experience in both private and public family law, wills and probate and civil litigation.
In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with her family and friends and horse riding.
REBECCA BAXTER
SOLICITOR
Rebecca joined Serjeant & Son in 2019 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at Sheffield Hallam University attaining an upper second class (2:1). She completed her Legal Practice Certificate and Master of Laws, at the University of Law, London. Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in January 2024. She specialises in Private Client and Family.
In her spare time Rebecca enjoys photography, reading, socialising and watching the football.

TRAINEE SOLICITOR
Katie joined Serjeant & Son in 2024 and is completing her SQE training with BPP University. She obtained a 2:1 from University of Lincoln in 2023.
In her spare time she enjoys baking, walking her dog, and gaming.
COURTNEY KOSTENKO
OFFICE MANAGER
Courtney joined Serjeant & Son in 2019 and completed an apprenticeship in Business Administration. She has progressed from a Legal Assistant / Receptionist to an assistant in the Conveyancing Department and she is now Office Manager.
In her spare time Courtney enjoys socialising with friends, walking and travelling.

Isabel joined Serjeant & Son in 2020 and completed her level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in October 2021. She went on to study for her Paralegal qualification, qualifying in 2024. She is now continuing her studies to become a solicitor.
In her spare time Isabel enjoys horse riding, spending time with friends and family and walking her dog.

Gemma joined Serjeant & Son in 2024 and is completing her SQE training with BPP University. Gemma began her career in management, and holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Suffolk. After making the decision to change to law, Gemma attained a First Class Honours Degree LLB from Anglia Ruskin University and was awarded the 'John Owens Award' for achievement. She is currently working within our Dispute Resolution department.
In her spare time Gemma enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in her local community, travelling and relaxing listening to podcasts.

Alicia joined Serjeant & Son in 2021 as an apprentice legal assistant and went on to study for her Paralegal qualification, qualifying in 2024. She is now continuing her studies to become a solicitor.

Elgan is a German Shorthaired Pointer who joined Serjeants in January 2017, originally from Wales. His role is to welcome clients and occasionally chew files! At weekends he likes to visit country shows with his brother and take part in dog scurries and gun dog training.
Bailey is a Fox Red who joined the firm in 2023. She is local to Ramsey.
Her role is to look cute and wriggle excitedly when anyone comes up the stairs. At weekends she enjoys long walks in the countryside.
Reggie is a Jack Russell who joined the firm in 2024. He was born in Oldhurst.
His role is to look dashing and keep everyone in check. In his spare time he likes to curl up on the sofa and watch movies.
Luna is an Old English Bulldog who joined the firm in 2024. She is local to Ramsey.
Just look at those eyes! Her role is to ensure everyone is feeling happy. In her spare time she likes to leap over obstacles three times her size.
Henry is a King Charles Cavalier who joined the firm in 2023. He comes from Bury St Edmunds.
His role is to guard the office from intruders unfortunately he is a little on the deaf side. At the weekends he likes to sleep, as during the week.
